On todays visit, I inspected and treated interior and exterior. I began by placing glue boards in basement and garage. This will help to identify activity and what kind it may be going forward. I then inspected for termites and found no activity at this time. There was a dozen or so carpenter bees floating around by front door. I saw that they were hovering on the right side eave on front porch. I treated this area with a liquid application. I installed 4 termite monitors around the house and applied a liquid application to exterior foundation; including hard to reach areas. If you have any issues after 10 to 14 days, please let us know. In about 2 to 3 days the carpenter bees floating around activity should slow down. Please note that this could take longer, depending on the circumstances.
