Completed quarterly service today. Inspected and serviced exterior of home. Started off by removing visible spider webs, and inspecting termite monitors. Happy to report, no termite activity was found at this time. Next, a liquid application was applied along foundation, and around doors and windows to help control general pest activity. Good morning. Today I completed your initial premium pest control service. Today’s targeted issue is with mice. I started off inspecting the basement. Mice droppings observed in the unfinished storage room and utility closet. I placed rodent bait stations along the sill plates in both rooms. I then applied a liquid treatment to the baseboards in the basement for spider control. I also placed a glue trap behind the refrigerator in the basement to monitor for spiders. I then inspected the laundry room. Heavy mice droppings behind the washer and dryer. Also heavy droppings under the cabinet. I placed a rodent bait station under the cabinet and one station to the right of the dryer. I then observed mice droppings in the kitchen cabinet below the sink. I placed a rodent bait station under the sink cabinet. I recommend keeping as much food as possible in sealed bins so the mice will be forced to feed on our bait. On the exterior, I saw a possible pest pressure on the back right side of t
On today’s visit I inspected and treated exterior. Applied liquid application along exterior foundation as well as around windows and doors of structure, as a treatment against insect activity. Additionally I replenished all exterior rodent bait stations (moderate feeding). Also, removed dead mouse by garage. I could not find the other dead mouse, so a predator may have gotten to it. Upon inspection ant colony found in basement in between wooden sill plates. Area was treated with a gel bait, as well as a liquid application to help control ant activity. A liquid application was also applied along baseboards throughout first floor, and perimeter of basement to help control general pest activity. On exterior, visible spiderwebs were removed and turn. My monitors were installed to each corner of home to help monitor any potential future activity. Lastly, a liquid application was applied along exterior foundation, around doors and windows, under bay windows in front and back of home, as well as a long eaves to the left of garage to help control carpenter bee, and general pest activity. Good afternoon Erica. Today I completed your initial premium pest control service. Today’s targeted issue is with clover mites on your back patrol and occasional spiders in the basement. I started off by treating the basement. I applied a general treatment to the perimeter of the basement for spider control. I also placed glue boards around the perimeter for monitoring purposes. I also placed a glue board in the laundry room as well. On the exterior; I treated along the back patio retaining wall. I also treated under the picnic table and around grill as well. Clover mites feed on grass then make their way onto concrete to warm up. The best we can do is to keep them from entering the home. I then also applied a treatment to the exterior foundation for spider and general pest control. Finally, I removed all visible cobwebs from doors and windows. First I performed a visual inspection while removing all cobwebs from around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, shed, and underneath the eaves, and carpenter bee issues were noticed during today's service but I applied a liquid treatment in all areas. Then I performed a liquid treatment around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, shed, and underneath the eaves as a preventative for all general pests.
