Johnny M was one of the nicest service people to ever come to my wife and my home. Extremely knowledgeable in his work and termites. He went over everything that he was going to do in the basement, showed us the termite tunnels and more. On the outside of the house he did the work that was necessary. Hello! Today I did your service for stinging insects. I located the nest on the deck going under the storage closet. I treated the area with an instant kill product to remove the workers that were swarming. I than treated directly into the nest to kill the entire colony. You showed me in the break room heavy roach activity near the table and refrigerator in the break room. I started off by applying a gel bait in the cracks and crevices along the table. I do recommend keep all food away in containers and making sure no food crumbs are left on the table. The roaches will feed off the regular over our baits. I then applied gel bait around the hinges of the refrigerator doors. There was heavy evidence of roach activity in this area. I then placed glue boards behind all appliances on the break room to help us monitor and control roach activity. I applied a liquid treatment to the perimeter with extra focus under the table and behind all appliances. Please allow 10 to 14 days for our products to take effect. Good afternoon. Today I completed your initial premium pest control service. Today’s targeted issue is with yellow jackets. I started off inspecting the exterior. I observed a ground yellow jacket nest on the left side of the home. I applied a liquid treatment to the nest. I then applied a liquid treatment to the exterior foundation to help control ants and other seasonal pests. I placed a large exterior bait stations inside on the left side of the home to help with mice control. In the garage, I saw some mice droppings. I placed rodent bait stations inside the garage. One by the garage door, and one on the back of the garage by the furnace. I do recommend replacing the garage door weather sweep. It appears to be damaged. Also, recommend trimming back vegetation away from the house. Rodents and insects can use the branches to enter the home. Please allow 10 to 14 days for our products to take effect.
